only check Indycals

The finish of the 2002 Indianapolis 500 was the most controversial finish ever. Helio Castroneves was looking to become the first person to win Indianapolis in his first two attempts and was leading in the closing laps. However, he was very low on fuel and Paul Tracy was closing in on him fast. As they started lap 199, Helio looked to be a sitting duck. Tracy set him up for a pass going down the back straight, and as Tracy pulled out to make his move approachign turn three, Buddy Lazier and Laurent Redon colided bringing out the caution flag, freezing the order just as Paul was pulling along side of Castroneves. The call went out over the teams radios "Yellow, yellow, yellow, three is your leader."

The results were protested by Tracy's team, but no evidence was ever produced to show that the track was green as Tracy took the lead. Castroneves had won his first two Indianpolis 500 races.
