More than forty-five years after it's running, the 1967 Belgian Grand Prix at Spa Francorchamps is still one of the most talked about races in F1 history. Dan Gurney became the first and only American driver/owner to win an F1 race, and in a car of his own construction no less. The lightweight, titanium bodied car is one of the most frequently mentioned cars in 'what is your favorite F1 car' discussions.

Gurney set a then all-time F1 race record of 143mph in winning the race and his 400hp engine propelled him to a top speed of 196mph!
